📋General Terms & Conditions

By using the magacasino website and its related services, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all members registered on the magacasino platform.

Magacasino is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and select regions. Before using the platform, users must ensure that accessing such services is legal in their country or region.

These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

👤Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on magacasino, the following conditions must be met:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may only register one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, magacasino may request identity documents, proof of address, and payment method details at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Magacasino reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice if there is sufficient cause to do so.

💳Deposit & Payment Policy

The minimum deposit on magacasino is ৳200. Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name — deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.

Currently accepted payment methods are:

• BKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Digital Financial Services
• Bank Transfer — via selected banks

Magacasino does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — magacasino is not responsible for any such fees.

🏦Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit. For any exceptions, please contact the magacasino support team.

• Withdrawals on KYC-verified accounts are processed within 24 hours.
• BKash and Nagad transfers typically arrive within 3–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit may apply.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

🎁Bonus & Promotion Terms

Magacasino regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, clearly stated on the offer page. Accepting a bonus means you agree to those specific terms.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only.
• Wagering requirements apply to each bonus — typically 5–20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made.
• Magacasino reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once from the same person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Voucher codes must be used within the specified validity period.

🏏Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on magacasino:

• The minimum bet amount is ৳200.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the market and event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The cash-out feature is available on selected markets only.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• Magacasino reserves the right to void any bet where abnormal odds were displayed due to a technical error.

Magacasino is not liable for bets voided due to loss of internet connection or any other technical issue during live betting. However, if the technical fault originates on magacasino's end, the case will be reviewed separately.

🚫Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the magacasino platform:

• Match fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Hacking or carrying out any malicious activity against magacasino's systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent betting arbitrage.

🔐Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to our support team via email. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

As part of responsible gaming, users are responsible for their own account:

• You can take a temporary break of up to 6 months.
• You can request a permanent self-exclusion.
• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

Magacasino may also suspend or close any account where there is evidence of a rule violation. All such decisions are final.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

The magacasino platform is provided on an "as is" basis. magacasino is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets cancelled due to internet outages or connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.

That said, magacasino always strives to keep its services running and to resolve any issues promptly. Users will be notified in advance of any significant scheduled maintenance.
